Although if you want to add sugar, stay away from artificial sweeteners like Splenda.
And I would stay away from deli meats because they are very high in preservatives.

I love how I am starting not to care what size I become. I am finally starting to look in the mirror and realise that all I need to be is the fittest, strongest, fastest and healthiest version of myself I can possibly be. The way my body will look is out of my control - if I just look after my body; work my ass off and control what goes in, it will tell me how it wants to look.
